Within the field of architecture and urban planning mistakes happen all the time, as recently exemplified by the collapse of a football stadium in Alkmaar and the falling apart of a ministry building in The Hague. Luckily nobody was hurt, but some construction deficiencies can lead to serious injuries and even deaths, most notably in the case of the burning down of London's Grenfell tower.
