CUS member Jannes Willems together with Peter Pelzer (Utrecht University) have developed a new podcast series about Dutch spatial planning for first-year students that currently follow Inleiding Planologie (Introduction Spatial Planning). The podcast is called ‘Onder Planologen’ and the first three episodes are now available on Spotify (in Dutch).
In each episode, Willems and Pelzer discuss one planning instrument or concept with prominent guests:
#1 Revolutiebouw (late 19th Century) – with Len de Klerk & Cody Hochstenbach
#2 Groeikernen (1960s/1970s; new towns) – with Like Bijlsma & Han Lörzing
#3 Vinex (1990s/2000s) – with Riek Bakker & Ries van der Wouden
