In close collaboration with Butler University, the ACUH organizes a ten-day summer school on Amsterdam's reputation as a progressive and liberal city. Participants will focus on the city's colonial past, architectural heritage, its post-war struggles over urban renewal, and its allegedly liberal drug and prostitution policies. There is a limited number of places available for Dutch students in urban history as well - please register by sending an e-mail to email@example.com. Please find a link to the itinerary below.
